Do what you can

I havent entered anything in a few days Ive been a little under the weather, It feels like exhaustion.
Tuesday:
I just couldnt do it so I walked instead. I pushed the time to 40 mins as 30 just never feels like enough. I also ended the night in a ton of pain in my hip, Sharp and nasty - I could hardly walk!

Wednesday:
In a real funk at this point. I ran regardless, I went for interval over heart. Run 200 walk 200, It worked out almost the same as heart rate but it was a little easier. I kept with the same theme of 40 mins. The last 10 I walked though. I think my HR would have been to high at that point as it hit 150 at 30 mins.

Thursday:
A horrible day. I felt ill and had a hoodie on during the hottest part of the day. I went for a walk and sweated up a storm.  I also phased out at about 35 minutes, that freaked me out as I nearly launched off the back of the treadmill. Im not sure fitbit is covering what Im looking for to Im going to look at myfitnesspal. You cant track exersise in fitbit, it adds any tracking to your step count so in effect adding it twice.

Ive been struggling to eat correctly but Im getting used to thinking healthy. Im not quite there but I can see small changes.
