Still tired but I slept all night. I was still tired getting up but it was a slightly better day. The run was better, I ran a little further and its seemed a little easier. I took a different attack today. I ran until HR hit 150 (5mph) and then slowed down until HR hit 120 (3mph).
Afterwards I am very stiff, I think I may need to work on some specific strength work in my upper leg. Im walking like an old man!
