Well I got my first workout in. Fitbit reports 13500 steps for the day. Awesome. The workout wasnt so much about HR but more about can I survive this. I kept my HR below 140 for the most part but I will push to 150. The biggest issue was cardio though, its strength. I have a lot of rebuilding to do. My legs did not like walking/running for 30 minutes. At a 12 minute mile it took 200 meters to push my HR above 150. So I slowed down and walked keeping the level up by using a steep incline. My legs couldn't handle it! Sheesh. So first few weeks are going to be getting used to moving and getting my body used to exercise again. Mentally and Physically.
